This challenging 11.62-kilometer out-and-back hiking route takes you through the picturesque area of Plan des Roses - Chemin Bisse de Sion - Ayent. The trail offers a total elevation gain of 594 meters and is estimated to take around 4 hours and 10 minutes to complete.
Starting your journey, you will find the "Restaurant du Lac" just 0.04 kilometers from the beginning of the trail, where you can grab a bite before heading out. As you continue, you will come across the "Tseuzier" parking lot at the start of the trail, followed by the "Gîte de Lourantze" alpine hut and restaurant at 1.86 kilometers from the start.
