This extremely difficult out-and-back hiking route will take you to Harvey Pass in a stunning area with a total distance of 33.401 kilometers and an elevation gain of 1362 meters. The estimated duration for this challenging hike is 11 hours and 8 minutes.
Starting at the trailhead, you will find parking available right at the beginning of the trail. It's recommended to arrive early as parking spaces can fill up quickly.
About 10.19 kilometers into the hike, you'll come across a water source, followed by another one at 10.55 kilometers. Make sure to refill your water bottles as these sources are off the trail.
Further along at 15.87 kilometers, you'll encounter another on-trail water source, and at 16.7 kilometers, there's another one nearby, making it convenient for hikers to stay hydrated.
As you make your way towards Harvey Pass, located at 15.96 kilometers from the start, you'll reach Harvey Pass itself, a prominent saddle in the area offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.
Along the trail, you'll also find two shelter facilities at 0.32 kilometers from the start, providing a place to rest or seek refuge if needed.
Additionally, there's a bicycle parking area at 0.32 kilometers and an information spot at 1.2 kilometers for any additional details about the hike.
