This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Crêts-en-Belledonne. The trail is an out-and-back type with a total distance of 3.835 kilometers and an elevation gain of 283 meters, offering a moderate level of difficulty.
As you start your journey, you will come across the Foyer de ski de fond, a parking area situated just 10.5 meters from the trail. Moving forward, at 0.61 kilometers from the start, you will reach the stunning Lac de Crêvecœur, where you can take in the serene beauty of the water body.
Further along the trail, at 1.01 kilometers from the start, you will find two drinking water points, one at 135.9 meters and the other at 101.2 meters away from the trail. It is recommended to refill your water bottles at these points to stay hydrated throughout the hike.
At the midway point, approximately 1.83 kilometers from the start, you will encounter the Point de repère raquettes E, providing you with interesting information about the surroundings. Additionally, at 1.92 kilometers from the start, you will find the Lac de la Belle Aiguette, a picturesque lake located 178.9 meters away from the trail.
As you reach the end of the trail, approximately 1.66 kilometers from the start, you will spot La Grande Bouine, a noteworthy landmark in the area. This marks the turnaround point of the hike, where you can take a moment to rest before heading back.
