This challenging hiking route will take you to the beautiful Waschsee area. The trail covers a distance of 6.462 kilometers with an elevation gain of 613 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding hike.

As you start your journey, you will come across various points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find a parking area where you can leave your vehicle. Further along, you will discover the Couvert bourgeoisial du Darbellec shelter, providing a nice resting spot to take in the surroundings.

Midway through the hike, you will reach the Pas de l'Illsee saddle, offering stunning panoramic views of the area. Nearby, the Cabane de l'Illhorn restaurant awaits, providing a perfect place to refuel before continuing your adventure.

On the way back, you can stop by the Observatoire de la Faune viewpoint, offering a different perspective of the landscape.
