This hiking route will take you to the beautiful area of Momchilova Fortress in Bulgaria. The trail is 1.844 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 101 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

As you start your journey, you will come across the Momchilova Fortress parking area at the beginning of the trail. About 0.92 kilometers into the hike, you will reach a viewpoint where you can take in stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. As you continue on, you will find a picnic site and shelter at around 0.69 kilometers from the start, providing a great spot to rest and have a meal.

At 0.8 kilometers, there is another viewpoint offering more breathtaking scenery. As you approach the halfway point of the trail, you will encounter the ruins of the Momchilova Fortress itself at 0.79 kilometers. This historic site adds a cultural element to your hike, allowing you to explore the ancient remains.

Along the way, you will also find informational signs and shelters for hikers to utilize. A spring is located at 0.12 kilometers from the start, providing a refreshing water source. As you make your way back, take advantage of the benches placed strategically along the trail for a quick break.
