This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Elderberry Avenue Southeast. The 5.134-kilometer trail offers a moderate difficulty level with 133 meters of elevation gain.
As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area right at the beginning of the trail. It's a good idea to park your car here before embarking on the hike. About 2.47 kilometers into the hike, you will find two water sources off the trail. Make sure to fill up your water bottles here as you continue on.
At around 2.11 kilometers into the hike, there is another parking area if you need to take a break or refuel before continuing on. Additionally, at the 2.47-kilometer mark, there is a shelter off the trail where you can rest and enjoy the surroundings.
Throughout the hike, you'll experience the beauty of the natural landscape and may even catch a glimpse of wildlife. Be sure to bring plenty of water, snacks, and sunscreen. It's also a good idea to check the weather forecast before heading out to ensure a safe and enjoyable hiking experience.
