This hiking route takes you through the scenic area of Govčič, offering a relatively easy trek with no significant elevation gain. The 3.962-kilometer trail starts at a parking area close to the trailhead. As you embark on your journey, you will come across a historic wayside shrine located just a short distance from the beginning of the trail.

Continuing along the path, you will reach the peak of Govčič at around 1.98 kilometers into the hike. Enjoy stunning panoramic views of the surrounding natural landscapes from this vantage point. On the way back, you will also pass by another peak called Kozji vrh, located approximately 1.4 kilometers from the starting point.

It is recommended to bring an adequate supply of water, wear sturdy hiking shoes, and check the weather forecast before heading out on this pleasant outdoor adventure.
