Located in the beautiful region of Castelli Romani, this moderate 6.6-kilometer circular hiking route will take you on a journey through stunning landscapes and historical sites.

Starting at the Parcheggio Campi d'Annibale, you'll pass by the ruins of the Fortezza di Rocca di Papa and the Maschio delle Faete peak. Along the way, you'll be treated to breathtaking panoramic views from Monte Cavo, Colle Iano, and Rome viewpoint, as well as the Lago di Nemi viewpoint.

Be sure to bring plenty of water and snacks for the journey, and check the weather forecast before embarking on this 2-hour hike with an elevation gain of 178 meters. You'll also find drinking water available at a point midway through the hike, along with a cafe and restaurant for a well-deserved break.
