This hiking route takes you on a leisurely stroll around the beautiful area of 澄碧湖. The trail is a circular route with a total distance of 1.757 kilometers and no elevation gain, making it super easy and suitable for hikers of all levels.
As you start your journey, you'll come across a parking area just 180 meters away from the trail. Make sure to park your vehicle here before beginning your hike. Further along the trail, at around 0.49 kilometers from the start, you'll encounter another parking area, this time closer at only 17 meters from the trail.
One of the highlights of this hike is the 澄碧湖 (Chengbi Lake), located approximately 0.84 kilometers from the start of the trail. This serene water body provides a perfect spot to take a break, enjoy the scenery, and maybe even have a picnic.
For those interested in attractions, you'll find 盆景园 (Bonsai Garden) at the 0.84-kilometer mark from the start. Take some time to appreciate the beauty of the bonsai trees on display.
Midway through the hike, at around 0.71 kilometers from the start, you'll find a picnic site and a fast food spot. It's a great place to refuel and relax before continuing on your journey.
Towards the end of the trail, at approximately 0.84 kilometers from the start, you'll encounter the 曹雪芹纪念馆 (Cao Xueqin Memorial Hall). This historic site offers a glimpse into the past and is worth exploring.
