This hike takes you through a beautiful coastal area with stunning beaches and natural attractions. The trail is super easy, making it suitable for hikers of all levels. The total distance of the route is 0.863 kilometers with an elevation gain of 70 meters.

As you start your hike, you'll come across the picturesque Praia de San Miro beach, located just 92.5 meters from the trail. This beach offers a perfect spot to take in the serene views of the ocean and relax by the water.

Further along the trail, at around 0.15 kilometers from the start, you'll encounter another beautiful beach called Praia da Rega. Although not directly on the trail, it's worth a slight detour to visit this hidden gem and enjoy its peaceful surroundings.

Midway through the hike, at approximately 0.43 kilometers from the start, you'll reach a water feature that adds a refreshing touch to your journey. Take a moment to appreciate the sounds of nature and recharge before continuing on the trail.

At the beginning and end of the route, there is a parking area conveniently located just 8.5 meters from the trail. Make sure to bring enough water, sunscreen, and snacks for the hike, as well as checking the weather forecast before setting out.
