This extremely difficult hiking route will take you to Punta Fiume in a stunning alpine setting. The trail covers a distance of 19.222 kilometers with an elevation gain of 1416 meters, making it a challenging but rewarding adventure for experienced hikers.

Starting at the trailhead, you will pass by the picturesque Lago Fiorenza and Lago Chiaretto, offering beautiful spots to rest and enjoy the serene alpine lakes. As you continue on the trail, you'll come across Rifugio Albergo Alpino "Pian del Re," a mountain hut perfect for a quick break before tackling the rest of the route.

Further along the hike, you'll reach Rifugio Quintino Sella, another alpine hut where you can refuel and take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks. Be sure to stop by Sorgente del Po, a natural spring along the trail, to replenish your water supply.
