Located in the beautiful Monte Auriol area, this hiking route offers a moderate challenge with a distance of approximately 4.3 kilometers and an elevation gain of 342 meters. The estimated duration for this hike is 1 hour and 50 minutes, making it a perfect option for a morning or afternoon adventure.

Starting at the trailhead, hikers will come across various points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find a convenient parking space for your vehicle. As you continue onwards, about 200 meters into the hike, you will reach the Lavatoio, a point where you can find drinking water to refill your bottle.

Approximately 1 kilometer into the hike, you will encounter a wayside shrine, offering a glimpse into the historic significance of the area. Further along the trail, at around the 2-kilometer mark, you will reach the Monte Auriol viewpoint, where you can enjoy stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

Midway through the hike, at 1.2 kilometers, hikers can take a short detour to the alpine hut, Delfin dal Pianhol, offering a cozy resting spot and possibly a chance to enjoy some refreshments.

As you make your way back towards the trailhead, you will pass by another viewpoint at 0.99 kilometers, providing another opportunity to take in the scenic beauty of Monte Auriol.
