Welcome to this extremely difficult hiking route to Tamburlon!

This challenging 13.967-kilometer trail with an elevation gain of 1205 meters will take you approximately 6 hours and 14 minutes to complete. Before starting this adventure, make sure to check the weather forecast and bring plenty of water and snacks.

The trail starts at a parking area, located right at the beginning of the route. As you hike, you'll come across a fountain just 0.04 kilometers from the start, where you can refill your water bottle. Further along the trail, at 2.93 kilometers from the start, you'll encounter a wayside cross and a drinking water point near the beautiful Forcella Antracisa.

Continuing on, at around 6.53 kilometers, you'll reach Forcella Piria, a stunning natural saddle where you can take a break and enjoy the panoramic views. As you make your way towards the destination, you'll pass by Tamburlon peak, which is not directly on the trail but can be seen from a distance. Finally, at the endpoint, you can discover the Cascata del Pissandro, a scenic waterfall located approximately 1.23 kilometers from the start.
