This hiking route takes you through a picturesque area with stunning natural scenery. The trail is an out-and-back type with a total distance of 2.175 kilometers and an elevation gain of 34 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area at the beginning of the trail. It is recommended to park your vehicle here before starting the hike. About 0.89 kilometers into the hike, you will reach a water source where you can refill your water bottles and take a break.

Continuing on, at around 1.09 kilometers into the hike, you will come across another water source. It's a good idea to refill your water bottles here once again before proceeding further. Additionally, at the 1.09 kilometer mark, there is Schachen-Pinte, a restaurant where you can stop for a meal or a quick snack.

Further along the trail, at 0.05 kilometers from the start, you will find a BBQ area (not directly on the trail) and an information point where you can learn more about the area and its history. Additionally, there is another information point named Schachen at the same distance from the start.
