Located in a historical and archaeological rich area, the Umm Al-Biyara Trail is a moderate 5.3 km out-and-back hiking route that offers stunning viewpoints and visits to various attractions along the way. The trail has an elevation gain of 223 meters, making it a moderately challenging hike that takes approximately 1 hour and 47 minutes to complete.
Starting at the parking area, hikers will begin their journey towards the trail, passing by the Basin Restaurant for a quick sustenance stop. Along the trail, you'll come across the Blue Chapel, North Ridge Church, Altar, and Temple of the Winged Lions, all within the first kilometer of the hike.
