This extremely difficult 18.171-kilometer circular hiking route will take you through the stunning natural beauty of the area. The trail starts at a parking area, so make sure to park your vehicle there before starting your adventure. As you begin the hike, you will come across an alpine hut about 5.37 kilometers from the start, where you can take a break and enjoy the views.
Around the 2.94-kilometer mark, you will find a water source, perfect for refilling your water bottles. Further along the trail, at 7.86 kilometers from the start, you will reach Fonte Le Staffe, a refreshing spring where you can take a rest and rehydrate.
Continuing the hike, you will encounter a saddle at the 4.97-kilometer mark, offering panoramic views of the surroundings. As you reach the 6.52-kilometer mark, another saddle named La Colonna awaits, providing a picturesque spot to admire the landscape.
Around the 8.83-kilometer mark, you will discover a natural shelter with ruins nearby, followed by the serene Cascata bassa 1 waterfall. Further along, at 8.85 kilometers from the start, you will find Cascata alta 3, a majestic waterfall surrounded by natural beauty.
As you approach the same point, you will also come across Cascata bassa 6 with a pool, offering a tranquil spot to relax and take in the scenery. Nearby, you can explore Cascata bassa 5 and Cascata bassa 4, each providing a unique experience.
Throughout the hike, you may also encounter various points of interest such as Partigiani di Vallina monument and informational points along the trail.
Due to the length of the route and elevation gain of 1154 meters, this hike is considered extremely difficult. It is essential to bring an adequate supply of water, snacks, and proper hiking gear.
