This hiking route will take you through a challenging yet rewarding terrain. The area you will be exploring is known for its rugged beauty and stunning views. The trail spans a distance of 17.677 kilometers and includes an elevation gain of 1468 meters, making it an extremely difficult hike that will test your endurance and strength.
As you embark on this journey, you will come across various points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find a parking area for both cars and camping vans, providing a convenient starting point for your adventure. As you continue onwards, you will encounter the Pic de Cattarabe, a majestic peak located 8.32 kilometers from the start of the trail. Although not directly on the trail, this peak offers a captivating view and is worth a visit if you're up for a detour.
Further along the route, at the 8.84 kilometer mark, you will reach Moun Né, another peak that is accessible directly from the trail. This peak offers a unique vantage point to admire the surrounding landscape and is a great spot to rest and recharge before heading back.
