This hiking route takes you through a beautiful alpine area with stunning views and challenging terrain. The total distance of the route is approximately 7.965 kilometers, with an elevation gain of 686 meters, making it a difficult level hike that will take around 3 hours and 33 minutes to complete.

Starting from the trailhead, you will first come across a parking area, about 8.44 meters from the trailhead. As you continue on, at around 3.98 kilometers into the hike, you will reach Rifugio Alpino Palent (Posto Tappa), an alpine hut where you can take a rest and enjoy some refreshments. It is located just 2.6 kilometers off the trail.

Along the way, you will also find a drinking water point at the same location as the alpine hut, making it a convenient spot to refill your water bottles. Further along, at 3.92 kilometers into the hike, there is a historic wayside shrine located 13.56 meters from the trail.

As you make your way back, at around 3.17 kilometers into the hike, there is an information point just 5.49 meters from the trail, where you can learn more about the area. Another information point can be found at 2.84 kilometers into the hike, 13.43 meters from the trail.
