Located in a picturesque area, the Holdrifall hiking route offers a challenging yet rewarding experience for outdoor enthusiasts. With a total distance of 8.884 kilometers and an elevation gain of 548 meters, this difficult trail will take approximately 3 hours and 25 minutes to complete.
Starting at the parking area, you will soon come across the Berggasthof Trachsellauenen restaurant, where you can refuel and enjoy the scenic views. As you continue on the trail, you will pass by the Rütti campsite and various water sources along the way.
Midway through the hike, you will find benches and information points where you can take a break and learn more about the area. Be sure to visit the Talbachfall waterfall and enjoy the refreshing views before heading back.
