Covering a distance of approximately 33 kilometers and with an elevation gain of 2124 meters, this trail is classified as extremely difficult and is recommended for seasoned outdoor enthusiasts.

About 16.52 kilometers from the start, you will find a picturesque water source, providing a refreshing oasis for weary hikers. Further along the trail, at approximately 3.41 kilometers in, the Cabane d'En Gaudu shelter offers a cozy resting spot for a quick break.

For those driving to the trailhead, the Parking du Fanguil is conveniently located at the beginning of the route. As you push further into the hike, the Cabane d'En Dela wilderness hut at 7.56 kilometers in provides a rustic accommodation option for overnight stays.

Be sure to check out the Avalanche 27-4-79 memorial at 13.35 kilometers from the start, a poignant reminder of the natural forces at play in the mountains. Along the way, you will also find the Abri de Gaudu shelter and the Memorial for the spring at 4.02 and 7.56 kilometers, respectively.
