This extremely difficult 13.239-kilometer out-and-back hiking route will take you to the stunning area of Crikvena. The trail begins with a visit to the Planinarska kuća Alan alpine hut located just 0.18 kilometers from the start. This is a perfect spot to rest and enjoy the surrounding nature before continuing on your journey.
As you hike further, at the halfway point (6.62 kilometers from the start), you will reach the peak of Crikvena, a majestic natural landmark offering breathtaking panoramic views of the area. Make sure to take some time to soak in the beauty of your surroundings before heading back on the trail.
Throughout the hike, you will come across various points of interest such as the Branimir Baričević memorial (0.5 kilometers from the start), the Info-centar Alan information center (0.18 kilometers from the start), and the Alančić information point (1.55 kilometers from the start). These spots provide valuable information about the area's history and geography, adding depth to your hiking experience.
