This hiking route is in a challenging area, with a distance of 16.116 kilometers and an elevation gain of 1143 meters, making it extremely difficult. The total duration of the hike is approximately 6 hours and 35 minutes.
Starting at the trailhead, you will pass by several points of interest. At the beginning of the hike, you will find parking facilities for your convenience. As you continue along the trail, you will come across Cruz Loma peak, which is located 4.18 kilometers from the start. This point provides a stunning panoramic view of the surrounding area.
Further along the trail, about 4.41 kilometers from the start, you will find the Mirador Norte viewpoint, offering another breathtaking lookout point. Nearby, there is also a restaurant where you can take a break and refuel for the rest of the hike.
Around the midway point of the trail, at 7.64 kilometers from the start, you will reach a mirador (viewpoint) with a unique perspective of the landscape. Additionally, at 8.06 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Mirador Punto 50, which marks the turnaround point of the route.
