This challenging hiking route in the Tartera area spans approximately 10.9 kilometers with an elevation gain of 660 meters, taking about 4 hours and 10 minutes to complete.
Starting off at the trailhead, hikers will pass by various points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the route, you'll find a parking area. Further along, about 0.4 kilometers into the hike, there is a historic wayside shrine that offers a glimpse into the area's past. Continuing on, at 0.41 kilometers, an information point provides insights into the local surroundings.
As you traverse the trail, you'll encounter Restaurant de la Calmazeille at 0.09 kilometers from the start, where you can refuel and take a break. For nature enthusiasts, Serra de Mauri, a peak located approximately 4.75 kilometers from the start, offers stunning panoramic views of the surroundings.
Midway through the hike, at 1.49 kilometers, hikers will reach La Collada, a scenic saddle point along the trail. Closer to the end of the route, at 1.61 kilometers, another information point awaits, providing additional details about the area.
