Starting at the parking area near the trailhead, you'll begin your journey along the well-marked path. About 3% into the hike, you'll come across another parking area. As you continue on, you'll reach the Karwendelsteg viewpoint around 2.65 kilometers from the start, where you can take in breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes.

Along the way, you'll also encounter informative signposts to enrich your hiking experience, the first one being about 0.1 kilometers from the start. Further down the trail, at around 1.38 kilometers, you'll find another information point.
