Welcome to the Sentiero del Grande Cono hiking route, located in a beautiful area with stunning views. This out-and-back trail spans a distance of 2.303 kilometers with an elevation gain of 109 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.
As you start your journey, you'll come across the Piazzale Superiore parking area, a perfect spot to leave your vehicle before hitting the trail. Further along, at around 0.04 kilometers from the start, you'll find a peaceful bench where you can take a moment to rest and soak in the surroundings.
Continuing on, at the 0.36-kilometer mark, there is a picnic site ideal for a leisurely lunch break amidst nature. At 0.89 kilometers, you'll encounter a fast-food spot for a quick bite, named La Capannuccia cafe at 0.9 kilometers, perfect for a refreshing drink.
As you trek towards the turnaround point, you'll be treated to breathtaking viewpoints at various intervals, including one at 0.98 kilometers and another at 1.15 kilometers. These viewpoints offer panoramic vistas that are worth the trek.
