This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Strada Matrone. The trail is super easy with a total distance of 1.947 kilometers and an elevation gain of 75 meters. It is estimated to take around 38 minutes to complete.

As you start your journey, you will come across "Piazzale Superiore" located right at the beginning of the trail. This is a great spot for parking. Further along the trail, about 0.04 kilometers from the start, you will find a bench where you can take a rest and enjoy the surroundings.

Around 0.36 kilometers into the hike, there is a picnic site conveniently located off the trail. This could be a perfect spot to refuel and relax. As you continue, at around 0.89 kilometers, you'll encounter a fast-food establishment for a quick bite to eat at "La Capannuccia" cafe, only 0.9 kilometers from the start.

The trail also offers several viewpoints along the way. Approximately 0.97 kilometers into the hike, you'll find the first viewpoint. Continuing on, at the 0.94-kilometer mark, there is another viewpoint, followed by one more at 0.97 kilometers.

It's an out-and-back route, so you will be retracing your steps on the way back. Make sure to bring plenty of water, especially on hot days, and check the weather forecast before heading out. Enjoy the scenic views and have a fantastic hike on the Strada Matrone trail!
