This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Sentier du Littoral. The trail is a circular route with a total distance of 3.493 kilometers and an elevation gain of 68 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

As you start your hike, you will come across a parking area, making it convenient for you to leave your vehicle before hitting the trail. Shortly after beginning your journey, at around 0.2 kilometers from the start, you will find a bench where you can take a moment to rest and enjoy the surroundings.

Continuing on, at 1.27 kilometers into the hike, you will reach Plage du Pontillon, a beautiful beach where you can take a break and soak in the sun. Just a bit further along the trail, at 1.27 kilometers, you will also come across the entrance to Grottes de la Plage d'Escampo-Barriou, a cave worth exploring.

As you proceed on the trail, around 1.37 kilometers from the start, you will encounter the entrance to Grottes marines d'Escampobariou n°3 et n°4, another set of caves to explore. Additionally, at 1.64 kilometers into the hike, you will reach a viewpoint where you can capture stunning panoramic views of the area.

Throughout the hike, there are facilities such as benches and drinking water stations available to provide you with comfort and convenience. If you find yourself in need of a meal, La Bouillabaisse restaurant is located nearby, offering a delightful dining experience.
