This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with various points of interest along the way. Starting at the parking area, you will follow the trail towards Étang du Dick. As you make your way, you will pass by Étang du Moulin Neuf, a picturesque water feature located 1.11 kilometers from the start of the trail. Further along the path, at a distance of 0.12 kilometers from the start, you will come across the restaurant A Fond d'Cale, where you can take a break and enjoy a meal.

As you continue on the route, you will reach a wayside cross located 0.31 kilometers from the start of the trail, adding a touch of historic charm to your hike. About halfway through the hike, at the 0.5-kilometer mark, you will find a picnic site where you can stop and take in the surroundings while enjoying a snack.

Towards the end of the trail, at 1.41 kilometers from the start, you will reach the stunning Étang du Dick, a tranquil water body that serves as the final destination of this out-and-back route. This hike covers a distance of 2.811 kilometers with no elevation gain, making it an easy trek suitable for all skill levels.
