This hiking route will take you to the beautiful area around Nössingbühel. The trail is super easy, with a total distance of 1.879 kilometers and no elevation gain. It is an out-and-back route, meaning you will be retracing your steps on the way back.
As you start your hike, you will come across a convenient parking area right at the beginning of the trail. About 270 meters into the hike, you will find a historic wayside shrine, adding a touch of culture to your outdoor adventure. Further along, at the 480-meter mark, there is a bench where you can take a break and enjoy the surroundings.
Midway through the hike, around 870 meters in, another bench offers a resting spot with a view. As you continue on, you will pass by a viewpoint at the 940-meter mark, providing panoramic vistas of the area.
Near the end of the trail, at the 940-meter mark, you will reach Nössingbühel peak, where you can enjoy a sense of accomplishment and take in the natural beauty around you. Nearby, you will also find the Wallburg Nössingbühel archaeological site, adding a touch of history to your hike.
Throughout the trail, you will encounter several benches for resting, as well as informational points to learn more about the area. Make sure to bring enough water, as there are limited facilities along the trail. Additionally, check the weather forecast before heading out to ensure a safe and enjoyable hike.
