Located in a mesmerizing natural setting, the hiking route to Keli Mutu offers a delightful experience for nature lovers. The trail is 2.638 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 68 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

Starting at the parking area, you will begin your journey towards the renowned Gunung Kelimutu volcano, which stands majestically 1.2 kilometers away from the trail. As you continue along the path, you will come across the Monkey Feeding area at the 0.7 kilometer mark, where you can observe these playful creatures in their natural habitat.

Around the 0.77 kilometer mark, you will find a shelter providing a perfect spot to rest and enjoy the surroundings. Further ahead, at the 1.32 kilometer mark, you will reach the Sunrise Point and Keli Mutu peak, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the landscape.

The trail also features various viewpoints where you can capture stunning vistas of the area. One such viewpoint, Nuwamuri Koofai, is located at 1.2 kilometers into the hike, while another viewpoint is situated at the 0.66 kilometer mark, allowing you to soak in the beauty of the surroundings.
