Welcome to the Horseshoe Lake Trail! This easy out-and-back route spans a total distance of 3.579 kilometers with no elevation gain, making it perfect for hikers of all skill levels.

The trail starts at a parking area located at the beginning of the route, providing easy access for hikers. Along the way, you will come across several points of interest. About 600 meters into the hike, you will find the Backcountry Information Center, which provides valuable information for wilderness enthusiasts. Further along at the 540-meter mark, you will reach the Wilderness Access Center where you can gather more insights before venturing into the trail.

As you continue on, at approximately 1.79 kilometers into the hike, you will encounter multiple viewpoints offering stunning scenic overlooks of the surrounding landscape. Additionally, a water source is available around the same location, providing a refreshing stop for hikers.

For those who appreciate a moment of rest, benches are conveniently placed along the trail at the 1.79-kilometer mark. Finally, as you make your way back, there are additional parking areas situated approximately 1.47 kilometers from the starting point, ensuring a smooth end to your journey.
