This challenging circular hiking route will take you through the stunning landscape of Belvedere d'en Vau, Sentier Garrigue, and Marseille. With a total distance of 9.883 kilometers and an elevation gain of 353 meters, this hike is perfect for those looking for a bit of a challenge.
Starting off at the parking area, you will soon come across the beautiful Plage de Port Pin beach, located 1.46 kilometers from the start. As you continue on, you will pass by the Trou du Serpent cave entrance at 4.72 kilometers into the hike. Be sure to take a break at the Exsurgence de Port-Miou spring, situated 1.08 kilometers from the start, to replenish your water supply.
Further along the trail, you will encounter the Brèche de Castelvieil saddle at 4.72 kilometers and the Grotte de l'Oule cave entrance at 4.43 kilometers from the start. For the climbing enthusiasts, there are several climbing spots scattered along the trail, including Oule - secteur Toujours Jamais, Secteur des Futurs Croulants, and Sébastien.
