This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding Baita Monte Alto on the Sentiero Creste trail. The trail is an out-and-back type, with a total distance of 4.139 kilometers and an elevation gain of 248 meters, making it an easy trek suitable for all skill levels.

You will start your hike at a convenient parking area located right at the beginning of the trail. As you make your way along the path, you will come across points of interest such as the Malgalonga alpine hut, which is situated 0.58 kilometers from the start. This cozy hut offers a shelter for hikers and is a great place to take a break and enjoy the surroundings.

Further along the trail, at a distance of 2.07 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Baita Monte Alto alpine hut. This hut is a perfect spot to rest and refuel, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape. It is open from May to October on weekends and public holidays.

As you continue your journey, you will encounter the Monte di Sovere peak at 0.55 kilometers from the start. This peak provides a great vantage point to admire the scenery. Additionally, there are several information points along the trail that offer insights into the area's history and geography.
