This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding Sentiero eco-didattico. The trail is 6.803 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 533 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding hike.
As you start your journey, you'll come across Casa della Foresta, an information center located 3.21 kilometers from the trailhead. This is a great spot to learn more about the local flora and fauna before continuing on your hike.
Along the way, you'll also encounter various points of interest such as parking areas, information centers, picnic sites, and even a BBQ area. Be sure to take a break at Castello Orsetto, a picnic site with drinking water located 3.32 kilometers from the start.
For history enthusiasts, make sure to stop by the ruins of cascina Monte Lantana, situated 2.44 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. Additionally, you can visit Corna Rossa di Lantana, a climbing spot just 0.5 kilometers away.
