As you start your journey, you'll pass by the Wanderparkplatz Frinztalmühle parking area, where you can leave your vehicle before hitting the trail. About 1.4 kilometers into the hike, you'll come across the Brand-Baude restaurant, perfect for a quick bite to eat or a refreshing drink.

Continuing on, you'll encounter various peaks such as Ahornspitze, Brandkegel, Brandkopf, Hexe, Kleine Barbarine, Lärmchenturm, Michaelistagstein, Viermännerturm, and Zeigefinger, each offering unique climbing opportunities and breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.

Along the way, you'll also find several viewpoints including Aussicht Hafersäcke, wayside crosses, benches for a moment of rest, and informative markers such as the Kernzonengrenze and Nationalparkinformation.

For those interested in natural formations, the route passes by caves like Ochelhöhle and Thümmelgrotte, as well as the Frinzberg peak, Frinzberghöhle cave entrance, and the Sensenstein rock formation.
