This hiking route takes you through the scenic area of Mont Lachat, offering breathtaking views and challenging terrain. The trail is an out-and-back type, starting at the designated parking area. As you begin your hike, you will come across the information point "La Cloie Dessous" about 0.75 kilometers from the start, providing interesting insights into the area.

Further along the trail, at approximately 2.69 kilometers from the start, you will reach Col de la Buffaz, a saddle that offers a picturesque spot to take a break and enjoy the views.
