This hiking route takes you to Mont Lachat, a peak located in a beautiful natural area. The trail is 8.117 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 1008 meters, making it a difficult hike that will take approximately 4 hours and 23 minutes to complete.
Starting at the trailhead, you will pass by "La Cloie Dessous" information point at 0.75 kilometers from the start, where you can learn more about the area. As you continue on the trail, you will reach "Col de la Buffaz" saddle at 2.69 kilometers, offering a scenic spot to take a break and enjoy the surroundings.
Further along the hike, at 3.53 kilometers from the start, you will come across "Pierre à la Dame" viewpoint, providing breathtaking views of the landscape. "Mont Lachat," the destination peak, is located at 4.06 kilometers into the hike, where you can marvel at the panoramic views from the summit.
