This hiking route takes you to the majestic peak of Ψηλορείτης, known for its stunning views and challenging terrain. The trail is an out-and-back route spanning a total distance of 7.83 kilometers with an elevation gain of 937 meters, making it a difficult hike suitable for experienced hikers.

Starting from the trailhead, you will pass by E.O.S. Toubotos Prinos alpine hut, located right at the beginning of the trail. This is a great spot to rest and take in the beautiful surroundings before continuing your ascent. As you make your way towards the peak, you will come across a parking area for those arriving by car, conveniently situated at the starting point of the hike.

Approximately midway through the trail, you will encounter a popular attraction, offering a unique point of interest along the route. This is a great opportunity to take a break, snap some photos, and soak in the natural beauty of the area before pushing on towards the summit.

The final stretch of the trail will lead you to the summit of Ψηλορείτης, where you will be rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Take some time to relax and enjoy the sense of accomplishment before retracing your steps back to the starting point.
