This extremely difficult out-and-back hike takes you through the breathtaking Kalendskaya Trail in the Orlinovsky District. With a total distance of 13.196 kilometers and an elevation gain of 449 meters, this challenging trek is not for the faint of heart.
Starting your journey at the parking area, located right at the trailhead, you will soon come across a memorial dedicated to the partisans of 1941-44, just 4.19 kilometers from the start. As you continue along the trail, you will find several drinking water sources, including the KGA-28305 spring and the Kovako spring, both conveniently located along the trail for hikers to replenish their water supply.
Around the 3.48-kilometer mark, you will encounter the Memorial to the partisans and the Paritizanskaya mogila 4-kh neizvestnykh partizan, honoring the brave individuals who fought during challenging times. Further along the trail, at the 5.36-kilometer mark, you will reach the Anakhly-Bel peak, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
Throughout the hike, you will come across several benches and shelters where you can take a rest and admire the beauty of the trail. Be sure to visit the Chertova Lestnitsa campsite at the 4.21-kilometer mark and the various viewpoints along the way for a unique perspective of the surroundings.
As you approach the end of the trail, at the 3.48-kilometer mark, you will find the Mini waterfall, a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the tranquility of nature before heading back.
