Welcome to the hiking route to Monte Lussari! This challenging 8.225-kilometer trail offers stunning views and a variety of points of interest along the way.
The hike starts at the trailhead where you'll find parking facilities. As you make your way along the path, you'll come across a wayside shrine and a bench where you can take a break and enjoy the surroundings. Further along, at a distance of 3.9 kilometers from the start, you'll reach Rifugio Locanda al Convento, a wheelchair-accessible restaurant where you can refuel.
Continuing on, you'll encounter Casa Oitzinger and Laura, two cafes where you can grab a snack before reaching Rifugio Monte Lussari, a restaurant located 4.04 kilometers from the start. At a distance of 4.11 kilometers, you'll reach the peak of Monte Lussari, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the area.
Throughout the hike, you'll also pass by various other amenities such as Rosenwirt Hütte, Albergo Rododendro, and Rifugio al Santuario, providing plenty of options for food and rest stops.
As you make your way back, take a moment to visit the Anno Giubilare 2010 memorial and the information point before reaching the trailhead once again.
