This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with stunning views and historical landmarks. The trail is 3.572 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 259 meters, making it of moderate difficulty.
You will start your journey from the parking area near Wirtshaus Starhand, a restaurant at the beginning of the trail. As you hike along, you will come across several historic ruins dating back to ancient times. These ruins are located at a distance of around 0.16 kilometers from the start of the trail, making them easily accessible.
Midway through the hike, you will reach Rifugio Nordio-Deffar, an alpine hut where you can take a break and enjoy some refreshments. Continuing on, you will pass by Lomsattel, a natural saddle offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
Along the trail, you will also find various information points providing insights into the local flora, fauna, and history. Remember to stay hydrated and bring enough water for the hike, as well as checking the weather forecast before setting out.
At the end of the trail, you will arrive back at the starting point near Wirtshaus Starhand. Don't forget to take in the scenic views and appreciate the natural beauty of the area.
