The Bay Trail in Oakland offers a scenic and easy hike with a total distance of 2.209 kilometers and no elevation gain. Along the trail, you will come across various points of interest.
At the beginning of the trail, you will find the Tidwater Boating Center Parking, which is a convenient spot to park your vehicle before starting your hike. As you continue on, you will pass by a bench located 0.42 kilometers from the start, providing a nice resting spot with a view.
Around the 1.1-kilometer mark, you will reach a water feature, which is a perfect spot to take in the surroundings and enjoy the peaceful ambiance. Further along the trail, at the 0.02-kilometer mark, there is a drinking water station where you can refill your water bottle.
