This hiking route takes you through the stunning area of Stavel, offering breathtaking views and challenging terrain. The route is an out-and-back trail, with a total distance of 8.761 kilometers and an elevation gain of 1031 meters, making it a difficult hike that is best suited for experienced hikers.

As you start your journey, you will come across the parking area at Parcheggio Malga Genova, located right at the beginning of the trail. From there, you will continue onwards to discover the beautiful Cascata di Lares Bassa, a waterfall just 0.66 kilometers from the starting point. Further along the trail, at around 4.14 kilometers in, you will reach Passo d'Om, a picturesque saddle offering a peaceful resting spot with scenic views.

As you push forward, you will encounter the majestic peak known as Stavel, standing at 4.38 kilometers from the start of the trail. This peak provides a wonderful vantage point to admire the surrounding landscape. Additionally, there is a climbing area just 0.47 kilometers away from the starting point, perfect for those looking to add an extra challenge to their hike.

Lastly, at approximately 0.75 kilometers from the start, you will find the lovely Cascata del Lares Alta, another waterfall to marvel at during your journey.
