Located in the beautiful Valscura region, this hiking route offers a challenging yet rewarding experience for seasoned hikers. With a total distance of 14.103 kilometers and an elevation gain of 834 meters, this trail is classified as extremely difficult and is estimated to take around 5 hours and 20 minutes to complete.

As you embark on this journey, you will encounter several points of interest along the way. Starting from the trailhead, you will come across the Lacs de Terre Rouge, a series of stunning mountain lakes, approximately 2.38 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. Continuing on, you will pass by the Caserma Capitano Massimo Longà ruins at the 5.1-kilometer mark, offering a glimpse into the area's historical significance.

Further ahead, at around 6.62 kilometers into the hike, you will reach the Lago inferiore di Valscura, a tranquil water body perfect for a rest stop. As you push forward, you will encounter the Laghi superiori di Valscura at the 5.48-kilometer mark, adding to the scenic beauty of the surroundings.

The trail also leads you to the historic Ricoveri di Valscura ruins, scattered along the path at various points. These remnants of the past serve as a reminder of the area's rich history and are situated at different distances from the trail, providing a glimpse into the past as you hike.
