Welcome to the hiking route to Wildenkarkogel! This super easy circular route covers a distance of 1.973 kilometers with an elevation gain of 88 meters, making it a great choice for hikers of all levels.

Starting at the parking area, you'll soon come across the Schönleitenhütte Alpine hut just 0.05 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. This is a perfect spot to take a breather and enjoy some stunning views.

As you continue on, the Wildenkarhütte restaurant will be located approximately 0.92 kilometers from the start, offering a great place to grab a bite to eat. Just a bit further along at 0.95 kilometers, you'll reach the Wildenkarkogel peak, where you can take in panoramic views of the surrounding area.

Along the way, you'll also encounter various information points and historic wayside crosses, providing insights into the local area and adding a touch of cultural enrichment to your hike.
