As you start your hike, you will pass by the Burgeralm parking area, which is conveniently located at the beginning of the trail. At the midway point of the hike, approximately 2.23 kilometers in, there is a bench where you can take a break and enjoy the view. Continuing on, you will reach the Barnkogelhütte shelter at 2.23 kilometers, offering a place to rest and refuel before heading back.

The highlight of the hike is the Dalsentörl peak, located at 2.77 kilometers into the trail. From here, you can enjoy panoramic views of the area. On your way back, make sure to stop by the Burgeralm restaurant and alpine hut for a well-deserved meal.
