This hiking route takes you through the beautiful Rax-Schneeberg area, starting at the parking area near the trailhead. After a moderate distance of 1 kilometer, you will arrive at the renowned Pottschacher Hütte, a rustic alpine hut where you can rest and refuel before making your way back along the same trail. The total distance of this out-and-back hike is 3.746 kilometers, with an elevation gain of 218 meters.
