This extremely difficult out-and-back hiking route takes you to the majestic peak of Cima Inferno, spanning a total distance of 17.763 kilometers with an elevation gain of 1193 meters. The duration of this challenging trek is estimated to be around 7 hours and 5 minutes, so be sure to pack plenty of water and snacks for the journey.

The hike begins at a parking area located at the trailhead. From there, you will trek 4.49 kilometers to reach Baito Carbonare, a shelter where you can take a break and enjoy the surroundings. Continuing on, at the 1.91 kilometer mark, you will find a drinking water source to replenish your supplies.

As you press on, you'll encounter the highlight of the route - the breathtaking peak of Cima Inferno at the 8.88 kilometer mark. Take in the panoramic views from the summit before retracing your steps back to the starting point.
