This extremely difficult hike takes you on the Harmony Lake Loop in a beautiful area with stunning natural landscapes. The trail spans a distance of 23.721 kilometers with an elevation gain of 1217 meters, making it a challenging trek that will test your endurance and stamina.

As you begin your journey, you will pass by Lot 7 parking area, located just 0.05 kilometers from the trailhead. Along the way, you will encounter the Fitzsimmons Express Chairlift at 1.7 kilometers from the start, offering a unique attraction to explore. Further ahead at 10.36 kilometers, you will find the Roundhouse Lodge restaurant, a perfect spot to refuel and take a break.

Continuing on, Harmony Lake greets you at 11.51 kilometers, providing a serene natural water feature to admire. Additionally, along the trail are various water points at 10.82, 11.63, 11.68, and 11.86 kilometers, offering opportunities to rest and replenish your water supply.

Throughout the hike, you will come across shelters at 1.6, 1.62, 1.65, and 1.65 kilometers, providing a respite from the elements if needed. Remember to bring enough water, snacks, and proper gear for the journey, as this trail is demanding both in length and elevation gain.
