This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Estrada de Bens in A Coruña.
Starting at the parking area near the trailhead, you will embark on a 7.45 km out-and-back journey that offers a moderate level of difficulty with 101 meters of elevation gain.
Along the way, you will pass by various points of interest. At the beginning of the trail, you will find a picturesque beach called Praia de Bens, just 0.12 km from the start. As you continue your hike, you will come across several water sources, some of which are directly on the trail while others are a short distance away. These water spots provide a refreshing break for hikers.
About halfway into the hike, you will encounter an archaeological site known as Castro de Nostián, located 1.52 km from the start. This site offers a glimpse into the area's rich history and is worth a visit for those interested in archaeological landmarks.
